I MISS THE FLOWERS WHEN THEYRE GONE

A summer bloom oxymel blend. I made this oxymel this past summer of 2023. Gathering everything that was blooming - passionflowers, calendula, chamomile, lemonbalm, echinacea, marshmallow, and tulsi - I tossed them all together in apple cider vinegar and honey over the summer months as a way to try to bottle up a little bit of summer medicine for taking in the dark months of winter.

Tart and sweet. Great to take as a shot of zing, or add to beverages or dressings and think about all the bees that nuzzled into the blooms.
