Kava is an excellent relaxant and helper to release tension, of the mind where anxiety gets fixed and fixated, or in the smooth muscle and skeletal system. It is relaxing without being sedating, but can be helpful for focusing when anxiety is rising or for falling asleep when thoughts are active. Can provide relief for back pain and spasms, tension headaches, and spasms in the GI tract or bladder.

Dose: 1 - 3ml 3x a day or as needed.
