I make everything from fresh plants I wild harvest, grow myself, or source as local as possible from trusted sources (Shoutout to Whistle Down Farm!) All ingredients are 100% organic.

I work to bring an adaptive and open approach to health that can hold and celebrate duality, that does not see one way of being "healthy" and seeks to celebrate all forms that self care can take with a focus on mental and mind/body support - especially as it relates to queer and trans people, but applicable to all! anxiety, dysphoria, nuerodivergence, fatigue, chronic pain, sleep, digestion, and immunity.

My work is informed by my experience with managing my own chronic pain & fatigue, working in the service industry, my transness, my queerness, my own journey managing mental health & neurodivergence, and my relationship to nature.

I feel strongly that this work requires being a forever student and I continue to learn from my herbalist & healthcare friends & community, continue to take workshops & classes, and remain dedicated to ongoing study and current research.
