Herbal medicine works best when tailored to a person’s particular pattern of symptoms and their overall constitution.
During a consult we can look at your daily habits, diet, what is working, what’s not working and hone-in to create a targeted protocol to support your health goals. Now more than ever we are constantly being saturated with often conflicting and inflammatory content which can cause a lot of stress and self-diagnosing. Get more insight into your particular energetics and pattern tendencies.
· Herb Consult – 1.5 HRs
o Receive a custom protocol based off your individual health goals and energetic pattern.
o Best for chronic, complex, or multi-tiered issues. For getting to the root of things.
o Can include tinctures, teas, topicals, flower essences, diet and lifestyle recommendations.
o Herbs not included - but all herbs are offered at a special sliding scale rate to clients $8 – 15 an oz***
o Sliding Scale: $75 - $150
o Follow-ups – 1 hr $50 - $100
· Quickie – 30 - 45 minutes
o For specific questions, pointed advice, acute support for a specific symptom. This time is for addressing a flare up or acute condition. Treating the root of a condition requires a more in-depth meeting in a full “Herb Consult”.
o Herbs not included - but all herbs are offered at a special sliding scale rate to clients $8 – 15 an oz***
o Sliding Scale: $35 - $75
· Top Surgery Support – 1 HR
o Receive a pre and post op protocol tailored to your goals and constitution/energetic pattern.
o Herbs not included - but all herbs are offered at a special sliding scale rate to clients $8 – 15 an oz***
o Sliding Scale: $45 - $100.
· Anxiety Support Formula & Consult – 1 HR
o Anxiety is felt and experienced so differently person to person. There are so many amazing herbs to help the body get out of fight-or-flight, relieve tension, ground, sedate, or calm - how to choose which ones will provide the most support? Whether it shows up as headaches, digestive issues, palpitations, racing thoughts - we can get a clearer picture of what you are experiencing and make a blend just for you.
o Includes: one 2 oz tincture and one Flower Essence blend
o Sliding Scale: $75- $125
· Quick Chat – 15 – 30 minutes

*** I do not make everything and do not want the intake to feel like a direct funnel to my personal apothecary. If I have what is best suited for you in my apothecary I offer it at a discount. Protocols often include components that I do not have in my apothecary - so I like to leave the space open for that.
